The idea for Nutrivida arose from Gisela's personal and professional experience and her affinity for sustainability issues. The proposed business model was inspired by the social enterprises created by Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Prize laureate and founder of the “bank for the poor” Grameen Bank.
